Out-of-hours appointments are available during the week, they are at the following times:

- 4:30pm and afterwards - Monday & Friday
- 8:00pm - Monday to Saturday

EMERGENCY SLOTS
Emergency appointments are available on our rest days, a £100 surcharge applies (1 - 2 days notice is required).

RESCHEDULING
To reschedule your appointment please request via email first. In order to reschedule without paying an additional retainer, you must do so at least 48 hours before your appointment date.
At the rescheduled appointment, you will not need to pay extra fees unless you require add-ons.

Please note:You will only be able to reschedule once within the same month. I do not allow reschedules to be taken to the following month. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS
Failure to show up at your appointment without prior notice or cancelling within less than 48 hours will lead to you being charged the remaining balance of your appointment.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will also result in you paying the remaining balance. You will have the option to reschedule the appointment, no additional payment will be required unless you request add-ons not previously covered.
DBPHAIR requires a 48-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions could result in an eventual blacklist.

LATE POLICY
If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be charged an additional £20.00

POLICY ON UNCOLLECTED HAIR OR WIGS

At DBPHAIR LTD, we kindly request all clients to collect their hair or wigs within 7 days of cancellation or notification.

• Hair or wigs not collected within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

• While we securely store items during the 7-day period, DBPHAIR LTD and Daniela cannot take responsibility for items beyond this timeframe.

Clients will receive a reminder to collect their hair/items and are encouraged to contact us if assistance is needed.

WHAT TO BUY
I only work with raw and virgin bundles and laces.

I only work with HD lace or Swiss lace and do not accept transparent lace.

WHAT NOT TO BUY
I do not accept the following hair:

• Non-virgin or non-raw hair

• Wow Angel bundles or pre-made wigs (I only work with their deep curly pre-made wigs, lace frontals, and closures not their bundles or other pre-made wigs)

• Amazon wigs/bundles

• SHEIN hair/wigs

• Temu 

• Ali Express 

HAIR RECOMMENDATIONS
I specialise in premium quality hair and can help you choose the best option.

Please email with a picture of your desired look alongside your head circumference and I’ll provide tailored recommendations.

CUSTOMISED CLOSURES
- If your head circumference is between 20 - 21 inches please do not use a 7 x 7 closure. Purchase a 5 x 5 or 6 × 6 lace closure.
- If you have a low hairline and excessive baby hairs, please purchase a 6 x 6 closure. 6 x 6, and 7 x 7 closures are accepted only if your head circumference is over 21.5 inches.
- I do not accept 4 x 4 lace closures.

GLUELESS CUSTOMISED CLOSURES
I only accept HD/Swiss lace for glueless customised closures.

PRE-MADE WIGS
Please ensure you have tried the unit on and it fits snugly/desirably.

LACE FRONTALS & CUSTOMISED LACE CLOSURES
I only accept thin, Swiss lace, French, HD lace. The density must be between 120 - 150.
I do not provide glueless lace frontal services.

LACE COLOUR
If your frontal is too dark or of a greyish/khaki tint, I will not be able to provide you with a frontal service. Transparent lace often doesn't compliment darker skin tones, for this reason, I will not accept it. I am keen to ensure all clients are aware of the best lace options for them.

HAIRLINE
I do not accept 13 x 4 on low hairlines. If your forehead is small, you have excessive baby hair close to your eyebrows or thick sideburns, please purchase a 13 x 6 lace frontal. Please ensure I can fit at least 3/4 fingers between your eyebrows and hairline. If not, this means your forehead is too small for a lace frontal wig install. Please try a customised closure as an alternative.

BOB/BLUNT CUT/ASYMMETRICAL CUT
Please ensure the closure is longer than the bundles for a sharp look. Please select "blunt cut bob" or "asymmetric cut" as an add-on feature when booking for the above style. Two bundles required only.

BOUNCY CURLS & FLOWING LAYERED STYLES
To achieve bouncy curls or flowing layered styles that closely match your inspiration pictures or videos, it’s essential to use high quality hair. Please note that this look cannot be achieved with low quality hair.
For the best results, we recommend using 4 bundles. Opting for raw or virgin bundles is strongly suggested, as they deliver the most natural and durable finish for this style.
If you’re purchasing a pre-made unit, please ensure the hair density is either 200% , 250% or 300% to achieve the full, layered effect this look requires.

AVOID
Please do not purchase the following: Dense or plastic lace frontals thick lace, thick knots Coloured lace (dye on the lace). In the process of dying 613 hair, ensure the roots are coloured well to avoid a wide partening space.
